Annual School Supply Collection for Bellwood Elementary

The United Methodist Women are sponsoring our annual school supply collection starting August 4-25. Please place all donations in the Yellow Shopping cart in the Bistro!

Items needed this year:

#2 pencils, Pens, Marbles notebooks, spiral notebooks, rulers, crayons, markers, highlighters, glue sticks, pencil pouches, backpacks, erasers, construction paper, tissues, hand sanitizer, index cards.  NO LOOSE LEAF PAPER IS NEEDED

DRIVEWAY REPAIRS COMING: In the coming days, the Winterpock Road portion of the Bethia Driveway will be repaired, along with the Bethia House parking lot.  Several cracks in the Parking lots and the driveway will also be repaired as well.  This will mean that the Winterpock Road entrance may be closed for one to two days.  On those days, please use the Beach Road entrance and watch for traffic cones that may be blocking repaired areas.

IT’S INVENTORY TIME: Over the next few weeks, we will be taking inventory of all of the supplies, equipment and furniture at Bethia UMC and working to allocate storage space for all of the many, many groups and ministries that collaboratively use the Bethia facilities.  Church and group leaders, please be on the lookout for more information about how you can help to make this happen in such a way that everyone will have a place for what they need for their various ministries for the 2019-2020 ministry year.
